User-friendly software
With only five additional clicks of the mouse you create a virtual cap in the easy-to-use CAD software. On the basis of an initial frame proposed by the program, the morphological fine wax-up is carried out by the dental technician. Exceptionally successful wax-ups can be archived and retrieved at any time as the initial frame. The mouse replaces the wax knife.
Rapid processing
The innovative heart of the system is at the MEDIFACTURING® Centre in Bremen. Here frames of the highest quality and in the material of your choice - no matter whether precious metal, CoCr, titanium or, in future, also ceramics - are made based on your CAD data. Your finished frame is at your laboratory within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of data.
The MEDIFACTURING® process can produce diverse frames, no matter whether caps, crowns or bridges. And it does so with sensational quality and reliability compared to other CAD/CAM systems.
